There can be several reasons behind this issue. Start by ensuring you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the latest version of the app. Common causes include:
- Your interactive user and VUU user do not match, causing the application to fail.
- Although you have a VIU user, it may not be activated or authorized, often resulting in a blank page within the app.
- Your session may have been terminated. User sessions are periodically ended, so try logging out by touching the authority button at the top right, and then log in again.
2-) I want to reset my password. What can I do?
Our system is synchronized with Interaktif, allowing you to reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.
3-) I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Ensure that the app is allowed to send notifications. You can check this under Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle. If notifications are enabled, try logging out and then logging back in to resolve the issue.
