Conquer Fortnite Ballistic with this Optimal Loadout!

Fortnite's new first-person squad-vs-squad mode, Ballistic, offers intense gameplay but can feel overwhelming with its many choices. This guide provides the best starting loadout to dominate the competition.

Ballistic starts with limited credits, but you earn more with each round. Use this currency wisely during the buy phase to upgrade your loadout. Here's your essential starting equipment:

  • Impulse Grenade Kit: Essential for rapid map traversal. In this Search & Destroy-style mode, speed is crucial for both eliminating the enemy or defending the bomb site.

  • Striker AR (2,500 credits) / Alternate: Enforcer AR (2,000 credits): The Striker AR is the meta choice for its high damage and close-quarters combat effectiveness, though it has significant recoil. The Enforcer AR offers superior long-range damage, ideal for defending the bomb site.

  • Flashbang x2 (400 credits): Arguably the most effective flashbang in FPS history, these temporarily blind enemies, creating an opening for elimination.

  • Instant Shield x2 (1,000 credits): A critical defensive item that can be the difference between victory and defeat in intense firefights.

This loadout maximizes your early-game advantage. For additional tips to improve your gameplay, learn how to enable and use Simple Edit in Battle Royale.

Fortnite is available on various platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
