Initiating the Quest Line:
Locate Betty's bathhouse in the southeastern part of Kuttenberg. Accept the "A Good Scrub" quest, which involves escorting girls to the bathhouse and promoting the establishment. After completing the bathhouse cleaning and inspection, speak with Betty again. She'll reveal the council's decision regarding the city's main bathhouse and the need to sabotage the competing bathhouse.
Finding the Flea-Infested Item:
To sabotage the competing bathhouse, you'll need a flea-infested item. This is located at Kuttenberg's east gate. A beggar camp is situated near the gate; search the sacks in this camp to find a flea-infested blanket.
Completing the Quest:
Once you have the flea-infested blanket, return to the competing bathhouse. Discreetly place the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and optionally, the clean laundry basket). Note that completing this task is only one way to finish the quest; other methods involve using chamomile brew or stealing fragrant oils. Successfully completing any of these actions will allow you to conclude "Ill Repute" and proceed with other quests, such as "Axe from the Lake."
