The Big News: Trinkets!
Trinkets are the star of the show in Season 8, acting as powerful new buffs. There are a whopping 116 Trinkets in total (56 Lesser and 60 Greater), many of which can be obtained multiple times. You'll get to choose from four options on turns 6 and 9, with each Trinket tailored to your hero and current board composition – whether you're focused on Elementals, Dragons, Murlocs, or something else entirely.
Meet Marin the Manager: Your New Battlegrounds Hero
Introducing Marin the Manager, a new hero who gives you a significant advantage. Marin allows you to acquire a Trinket a turn earlier than usual, giving you a head start on your opponents. Check out Marin in action!
Minions, Spells, and a Little Housecleaning
Season 8 also involves some roster changes. While 41 minions are rotating out, 22 fan favorites are returning, joined by 27 brand-new minions and 2 fresh Tavern spells.
Four new cards add to the strategic depth:
- Free Travel Winner (Tier 2): A 2/2 minion that disappears after combat, rewarding you with a Triple Reward.
- Inspiring Underdog (Tier 4): Buffs your lower-tier minions.
- Lucky Egg (Tier 5): Transforms into a Golden Tier 3 minion.
- Sun Screener (Tier 6): A 10/1 minion that grants Divine Shield to your three leftmost minions and your opponent's.

From August 27th to September 17th, participate in the Marin Resort's Treasure Hunt event! Complete Event Quests to earn a total of 14 card packs, including rewards from Perils in Paradise and Whizbang's Workshop.
