Free Fire's 7th Anniversary Celebration: Nostalgia, New Content, and Zombie Warfare!
Free Fire is celebrating its seventh anniversary with a massive update bringing back nostalgic elements alongside exciting new content. From July 21st to July 25th, players can participate in anniversary events themed around nostalgia, friendship, and celebration. This includes limited-time game modes and the chance to acquire classic, enhanced weapons.
The event features a commemorative documentary and music video, adding to the celebratory atmosphere. A miniature version of Bermuda Peak, dubbed Mini Peak, appears in Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes, offering a unique twist on familiar locations. Players can use Memory Portals to teleport between Mini Peak and a smaller version of the original Bermuda Peak.
The Friends' Echoes event in Battle Royale mode lets players interact with other players' silhouettes to earn in-game rewards. Defeating enemies or destroying anniversary-themed boxes awards Memory Points, which can be used to access the Hall of Honor and obtain Nostalgic Weapons – powerful versions of classic weaponry.
Generous anniversary rewards are also being distributed, including a special male bundle and a themed baseball bat. A limited-edition 7th-anniversary Gloo Wall is up for grabs in the Gloo Wall Relay preheat draw on June 26th. Gameplay improvements, including weapon adjustments, are also part of the update, alongside a new character, the neuroscientist Kassie.
A revamped Clash Squad mode introduces a first-person perspective for smoother shooting. The highly anticipated return of Zombie Graveyard mode (a variation of Zombie Uprising) lets squads of four or five players fight waves of zombies. Get ready for a nostalgic blast from the past combined with thrilling new gameplay!
