How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3
### Initiating the Interaction:
Upon entering, you'll find Naoise with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier, engaged in an intimate moment. Jara's displeasure at your interruption will quickly escalate, triggering a dialogue exchange involving a tadpole interaction. Choosing "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken" is one possible response.
Jara's transformation into a Mindflayer necessitates a battle. After defeating her, Naoise reveals a surprising attraction to Mindflayers. Responding with "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset." sets the stage for a unique romance. A successful Insight check will reveal Naoise's receptiveness. Further dialogue options, such as "That creature aroused you, didn't it?", followed by "What did you have in mind?" and "Close your eyes and listen," will lead to the romance scene.
This romance is entirely mental. Naoise presents choices: Revered, Contented, Powerful, Rich, or "I think we're done here." Choosing "Contented," for example, initiates a brief romantic encounter. Afterward, Naoise will have no further romantic interest. The encounter grants the "Carnal Rituals of Sharess" inspiration point (Shadowheart will provide this). The "Rapture" boon, providing a passive 1d6 bonus to various ability checks, is also rewarded. Note that this encounter seems to be compatible with existing relationships, even with characters like Karlach who aren't typically inclined to share.
