Pokémon GO Spotlight Hour: Voltorb & Hisuian Voltorb

Prepare for a Catching Spree:

With two Pokémon in the spotlight, stock up on Poké Balls, Berries, and Incense to maximize your chances of catching both Voltorb and Hisuian Voltorb, including their shiny forms. Ensure you have ample space in your Pokémon storage to avoid interruptions during the event.

Voltorb (Pokémon #100):

This Kanto region Electric-type Pokémon evolves into Electrode using 50 candies. Each catch yields 3 candies and 100 Stardust. Voltorb boasts a max CP of 1141, with 109 Attack and 111 Defense. Its optimal moveset is Spark and Discharge, delivering 5.81 DPS and 40.62 TDO. Rainy weather boosts its attack power. Keep an eye out for its blue shiny form!

Hisuian Voltorb (Pokémon #100):

Also from the Kanto region, Hisuian Voltorb shares the same Pokedex number as its counterpart. It evolves into Hisuian Electrode using 50 candies and provides 3 candies and 100 Stardust per catch. Like Voltorb, it has a max CP of 1141, with 109 Attack and 111 Defense. However, its type advantages and disadvantages differ. Its best moveset is Tackle and Thunderbolt, resulting in 5.39 DPS and 37.60 TDO. Partly cloudy and rainy weather enhance its damage output. Its shiny variant features a black body instead of orange.

Don't miss this exciting opportunity to expand your Pokédex and add these powerful Electric-types to your team! Remember to prepare adequately and enjoy the hunt!
