The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is just around the corner, and it's bringing a slew of exciting updates with it. From the debut of new music inspired by the Pokémon Black and White series to exclusive avatar items and Special Research, there's a lot to look forward to as you delve into the world of Unova's Pokémon and battles.
One of the highlights of the event is the world premiere of new music inspired by Pokémon Black Version, Pokémon White Version, Pokémon Black Version 2, and Pokémon White Version 2. Composed by the renowned Junichi Masuda, this enchanting soundtrack will accompany you as you navigate the map, engage in thrilling raids, and catch Pokémon, enhancing your overall gaming experience.
A pivotal moment during the event will be choosing between Reshiram and Zekrom through the new Special Research story, "It's Not Over Yet." Your choice between the Black Version (Reshiram) and White Version (Zekrom) event badges will unlock specific rewards and bonuses tailored to your selection, adding a personalized touch to your journey through Unova.
For those battling in five-star raids, encountering Kyurem after defeating either Black Kyurem or White Kyurem will grant you a Kyurem that knows the powerful Charged Attack Glaciate. Attendees of the in-person events in New Taipei City or Los Angeles will enjoy an even more streamlined experience, as every Kyurem encountered will automatically have this attack, eliminating the need to choose a badge.
Don't miss out on the new avatar items up for grabs. The Go Tour 2025 Tee is available as the first reward in the free Tour Pass, and upgrading to the Tour Pass Deluxe will unlock the exclusive Kyurem Helmet. You can also purchase the Black Kyurem Wings and White Kyurem Backpack from the in-game shop, alongside the Shiny Meloetta Tee, which comes with the new Masterwork Research.
To enhance your Pokémon Go experience even further, consider the Road to Unova event add-ons. The Raids add-on offers raid bonuses and the stylish Black and White Joggers, while the Hatch add-on provides Egg bonuses, Pokémon encounters, and the cozy Black and White Hoodie. Both options include Timed Research, ensuring you get even more rewards during your adventure.
The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova kicks off on March 1st. Make sure to visit the Pokémon Go Web Store to stock up on everything you need before the event begins.
