Uncharted Waters Origin Drops The Lighthouse Of The Ruins Update With New PvE Content

Uncharted Waters Origin's latest update, "The Lighthouse of the Ruins," introduces a challenging new PvE event, a fresh S-grade Admiral, and several new crew members. This update also features a revamped Mate Growth system. Let's dive into the details.

A Recurring Monthly Challenge

The Lighthouse of the Ruins presents a tiered PvE challenge. Players ascend through various levels, battling for rewards such as Blue Gems and Shipbuilding Accelerations. Successful completion of specific levels yields significant rewards. The event resets monthly, allowing players to retain half their previous progress, preventing a complete restart each time. Each attempt costs 10 energy, with 8 energy refunded upon failure. Note that redo items are not usable, and rank rewards are awarded only once per month.

Meet William Adams: The New S-Grade Admiral

This update introduces William Adams, a renowned English navigator, as a new S-grade Admiral. His historical journey to Japan aboard the Dutch ship Liefde and his subsequent rise to the Shogun's trust forms the basis of his in-game character.

New Crew Members

Several new crew members have joined the roster: Naoe Kanetsugu and Togo Grimani (standard Mates), and Ga Eunjeong and Tatsumaru (Employee Mates).

Transcendence: Enhanced Mate Growth

The new "Transcendence" Mate Growth system unlocks after a Mate's Premium Training is maxed out. This unlocks an additional Effect slot for enhanced capabilities. The required Tome of Transcendence can be obtained from the Lighthouse of the Ruins, Arctic Waters Land Training, and a smuggling ring assistant captain in Cape Town.

Limited-Time Event: Combat Support Special Attendance

Don't miss the Combat Support Special Attendance Event, running until November 5th! Simply logging in grants you 60 Tomes of Transcendence, 40 Highest Combat Appointments, a Birch Board, and equipment like the Marxbrüder Zweihänder & Rüstung.
