"Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Guide Released in Beta"

Author : Ellie Apr 02,2025

*Arise Crossover* might seem straightforward at first glance, with its focus on collecting Shadow units to attack non-retaliating enemies, but as you delve deeper, the game's complexity becomes apparent. Many players, even those who've reached the endgame, find themselves puzzled about progression, leveling up, and choosing the right Shadows. If you're one of them, this guide is tailored to help you navigate through *Arise Crossover* more effectively.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands offers several recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. The Shadows are categorized by types, with **Soondoo** being the weakest unit available from the start, and **Mifalcon** being the strongest, found on the final Brum Island.

However, the key to maximizing your Shadows' potential lies in their ranks. A **Rank A Soondoo** can outperform a **Rank D Mifalcon**. Higher-ranked units have the ability to level up further; for instance, a **Rank D unit** caps at **Level 75**, whereas an **SS Unit** can reach **Level 200**. Your ultimate goal should be to assemble a team of four **SS-ranked Mifalcons**, but the journey to get there is where the real challenge and fun lie.

Arise Crossover Dungeon Guide

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* spawn every 30 minutes and remain open for 15 minutes. Even if you enter a portal just before it closes, you can complete the entire dungeon. These portals appear at various locations across the islands, with their difficulty rank being random each time.

Start by forming a team of **Rank D units** and tackle a **Rank D or C dungeon** on Leveling Island. This approach will help you build a solid foundation of units and possibly recruit a rare (boss) Shadow Unit. Remember, **dungeons are your primary source for recruiting Rare Units and common units above Rank C**.

When a portal spawns, seize the opportunity to enter it. If your team isn't strong enough, wait near the portal for a more experienced player to join. Many players can solo these dungeons and are often willing to help lower-level players, boosting them through to obtain higher-ranking units. This community support is crucial for progressing in *Arise Crossover*.

We've experienced this firsthand; a kind player helped us through a **Rank A dungeon** with our **Rank C units**, allowing us to recruit **Rank A units** and reach the endgame. We later paid it forward by assisting players with **Rank D units** through a **Rank S dungeon**. We encourage you to do the same.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During the Beta phase of *Arise Crossover*, player weapons are largely ineffective. While they might offer some initial damage, their impact diminishes significantly by the time you reach the second island. The **Iron Kando Blade**, the most powerful common weapon, costs **60 million** and deals **516,1K damage**, which pales in comparison to the **200 to 400 million** damage your units can deliver. Unless you're willing to spend extravagantly, it's wise to save your money until future updates enhance weapon utility.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Similar to dungeons, wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, and only one player per server can attempt to claim each mount. A server-wide message alerts players to a new mount's appearance, but you won't be notified if someone else claims it or if it despawns.

Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on smaller side islands between them. Check the developer's map for specific spawn points.

You can't claim the same mount more than once, and capturing attempts can fail. **Flying mounts** are the rarest, with a **10% spawn rate**, while **ground mounts** are more common, and **water mounts** can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC.

To obtain a mount, keep an eye out for the server message and race to the six potential spawn locations. While mounts aren't essential for game progression, a flying mount can significantly ease travel. We're still on the hunt for our flying mount, and we hope you'll soon claim yours.

That's the essence of *Arise Crossover*. As the game evolves with updates, we'll continue to refine this beginner's guide. In the meantime, don't forget to check out *Arise Crossover* codes for some fantastic freebies.
