Now, let's clarify the objective. Go to the marked location and find Rosalie. She's easy to spot!
Speak to Rosalie. She'll request a hairstyle from the "Simple" category.
Press "C" and browse your hairstyles. The "Simple" category is below the character image. I used the fisherman set hairstyle for Nikki.
It fits the requirement and looks great! I also chose a black tracksuit outfit, but you can use any outfit or simply change the hairstyle.
Return to Rosalie and interact with her. A short cutscene will play, confirming quest completion.
Congratulations! The "Kindled Inspiration: Transformation" quest is easily completed in under five minutes.
