Rune Slayer is scheduled for its re-release on February 21st, 2025, at precisely 3 PM CT. This was confirmed by a developer on the official Rune Slayer Discord server. The game is currently undergoing final testing and preparations for launch.

During its first two releases, the game was taken down within hours by Roblox's automated security system. Initially, the reason was unclear, but it was later determined to be an issue with unfiltered chat.
