The treasure chest, indicated on the map above, lies northeast of the Emerald Stair Ranger Headquarters.
Fast travel to the Rolling Crags Beacon. Turning right, proceed directly forward, keeping the Ranger Headquarters to your right. Continuously monitor your map to ensure you maintain a course towards the marker. You'll reach a cliff edge with a slight drop-off. (Careful navigation is advised to avoid unexpected encounters.)
At the designated location, look down to spot the distinctively glowing orange Practical Pockets chest. Inside awaits Hjilde’s Handy Hide, a unique light armor piece boasting these stats:
- Damage Reduction: 10%
- Additional Damage Reduction: 22
