December 2024 Egg Lineup

The boosted incubator and gift capacity significantly increase egg-hatching potential, particularly for the 7km eggs. However, the value depends on the desirability of the Pokémon available. Here's a breakdown of December's egg pool:

2km Eggs: Psyduck, Swablu, Bonsly, Shiny Larvesta, Litleo, Wimpod.

5km Eggs: Clamperl, Blitzle, Inkay, Skarmory (Adventure Sync), Munchlax (Adventure Sync), Riolu (Adventure Sync), Tyrunt (Adventure Sync), Amaura (Adventure Sync).

7km Eggs: Alolan Meowth, Shiny Alolan Grimer, Hisuian Voltorb, Hisuian Qwilfish, Galarian Corsola, Basculin (Red/Blue Striped), Galarian Farfetch’d (Mateo), Pancham (Mateo).

10km Eggs: Druddigon, Dreepy, Charcadet, Espurr (Adventure Sync), Turtonator (Adventure Sync), Jangmo-o (Adventure Sync), Frigibax (Adventure Sync).

Young & Wise Event (December 10th-14th): This event adds baby Pokémon to the 2km egg pool: Togepi, Tyrogue, Shiny Smoochum, Bonsly, Happiny, Munchlax.

Is the Ticket Worth It?

Assuming daily PokéStop spins, you'll receive 28 extra incubators – a value of approximately $4.20 USD (4200 PokéCoins). This nearly matches the ticket price, excluding other bonuses.

The ticket's value is maximized if you frequently buy incubators and prioritize hatching many eggs, particularly aiming for specific Pokémon within the December pool. The extra gifts and XP are added benefits.

However, if egg-hatching isn't a priority, or if external factors limit playtime, the additional bonuses may not justify the cost unless you heavily value gift sending/receiving.
