NetEase named Marvel Rivals' most victorious hero

Official website data reveals Jeff as the most popular character in "quick play" mode, outperforming Venom and Cloak & Dagger. However, competitive PC play shows Luna Snow, Cloak & Dagger, and Mantis leading the pack, while console players favored Cloak & Dagger, Penny Parker, and Mantis.

A surprising twist: Mantis, despite her popularity, was also the most frequently defeated hero in competitive mode, dominating both PC and console leaderboards, surpassing Hela, Loki, and Magic. Mantis's console success was further highlighted by 14 other characters boasting win rates exceeding 50%.

Conversely, the least popular characters in "quick play" were Storm, Black Widow, and Wolverine, while Nemore held that unfortunate title in competitive mode.

Marvel Rivals, having received over 500 mods in a single month, is now facing controversy. Nexus Mods removed modifications replacing Captain America's head with images of Donald Trump and Joe Biden, sparking considerable user backlash.

Nexus Mods owner, TheDarkOne, explained in a private Reddit discussion that both Trump and Biden-related mods were removed simultaneously to avoid accusations of bias. This action, according to TheDarkOne, ensured neutrality by removing both simultaneously.

Curiously, this event has seemingly gone unreported by YouTube gaming channels.
