The story centers on Noor, a lightkeeper apprentice facing a looming crisis: the world's light is fading, and rising waters threaten her community. Noor embarks on a boat journey to find a new power source, navigating a world of twisting illusions and impossible architecture. Fans of the previous games will find familiar puzzle-solving challenges, but with a significant twist.
Monument Valley 3 significantly expands exploration. No longer confined to fixed paths, players navigate by boat, discovering islands and uncovering the secrets of surreal environments. Interactions with rescued characters and a charming harbor village add a new layer of depth.
The game retains its minimalist art style, but incorporates architectural influences from around the globe, including Persian designs. Expansive environments feature cornfields, ocean waves, and structures that challenge spatial perception.
