Massive Expansion for World of Warcraft: Patch 11.1 Unveils Expanded Landscapes

World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, "Undermined," expands beyond its namesake zone, introducing several new sub-areas. Key additions include Gutterville and Kaja'Coast.

Key Highlights:

  • Two new subzones: Gutterville and Kaja'Coast join the main Undermine zone in WoW Patch 11.1.
  • Gutterville: Located within the Ringing Deeps, this area likely features Excavation Site 9, a new delve, and may be partially corrupted by Black Blood, potentially serving as an Undermine access point.
  • Kaja'Coast: A new Goblin settlement in Zuldazar, near Bilgewater Bonanza, also likely provides another entrance to Undermine.

Undermine, the subterranean Goblin capital, is the central focus of Patch 11.1, boasting impressive architecture and intricate mechanisms. However, data mining reveals Gutterville, situated in the southeastern Ringing Deeps, and Kaja’Coast, a Goblin encampment in Zuldazar near Bilgewater Bonanza. These locations are expected to offer additional entry points into the Undermine zone. Gutterville's dark coloration suggests a corrupted area, consistent with the presence of Excavation Site 9. The Kaja’Coast's proximity to Bilgewater Bonanza and its Goblin theme make its connection to Undermine highly probable.

New Locations in World of Warcraft Patch 11.1

  • Undermine: The sprawling subterranean Goblin capital city.
  • Gutterville: A subzone within the Ringing Deeps.
  • Kaja’Coast: A Goblin camp in Zuldazar.

The Undermine map itself showcases Slam Central Station as the likely arrival point, with five visible terminals suggesting additional connections beyond Gutterville and Kaja'Coast. This hints at further Goblin-themed areas potentially receiving updates.

While an official release date is pending, estimates point towards a mid-to-late February launch. Early January access to the Public Test Realm (PTR) will allow players to explore these new areas firsthand.
