Convincing Ota to release Pavlena involves selecting dialogue options such as: "What's your name?", "Let her go and I'll let you go.", and "I'll put in a good word for you with His Lordship." Pavlena will subsequently kill Ota. Return to Bozhena with Pavlena.
Choosing Your Path: Kill or Make Peace?
The quest culminates with a choice: kill Jakesh or broker peace. Find Jakesh at his child's grave. Killing him lowers your reputation in Troskowitz but raises it with Bozhena and Pavlena, unlocking additional dialogue with Pavlena and rewarding you with a necklace.
