Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th. This update serves as the final chapter before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus, the Eternal Land.

A Penaconian Farewell and New Characters

Version 2.7 concludes the Penaconian arc. Following Black Swan's suggestion, the crew prepares for their departure, reconnecting with familiar faces and sharing poignant moments. The Grand Theater hosts a memorable performance featuring two new characters:

• Sunday: The former head of the Oak Family, aided by Wonweek, delivers a spectacular final act. This 5-star Imaginary character boasts an Ultimate ability focused on energy regeneration, bestowing "The Beatified" status on a teammate and their summon.

• Fugue (Tingyun): Following the events of Version 1.2, Fugue, who players know as Tingyun, makes her return after a near-fatal encounter. She's now a 5-star Fire character whose Ultimate ability shreds enemy Toughness while dealing substantial Fire DMG.

New Features and Events

Version 2.7 introduces exciting new content:

• Warp Events: General Jing Yuan and Firefly return as featured characters in the first and second halves of the update's warp events, respectively.

• Party Car: A luxurious new addition to the Astral Express, featuring a marble bar, a robotic bartender, and the breathtaking backdrop of the Cosmos.

• Cosmic Home Décor Guide: This event lets players personalize their storage room aboard the Astral Express, creating cozy spaces like bedrooms and bathrooms using Express Funds earned from completing tasks.
