Available Services by State:
Gringo's IPVA, licensing, and CRLV-e services are currently available in SP, MG, SC, PR, RS, DF, ES, BA, GO, MA (IPVA and licensing for RJ, RO, MS, and PE). Expansion to other states is planned.
Legal Compliance:
Gringo is authorized to pay traffic fines and other vehicle-related debts, accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (SENATRAN) in accordance with Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018. This accreditation allows direct interaction with state traffic departments and other relevant bodies.

Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from publicly available information provided by state agencies (DETRANs in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, etc.) and national agencies (SENATRAN), as detailed in Gringo's Privacy Policy.
